Last week, action camera manufacturer — GoPro — unveiled 2 new cameras in their product line that are now natively waterproof: the GoPro Hero 5 Session and the GoPro Hero 5 Black Edition. Yup, that’s right! No more need for the casing to take it for a dip. Both cameras will be able to take 4K videos, but the Black Edition takes the edge in frame rates when shooting in 2K and in 1080p. The start of the show, however was the foldable drone GoPro is calling Karma. It’ll fit in most backpacks, plus you can remove the gimbal to use it as a stabilizer when shooting video at street level. Pretty nifty.

Smart also gave travelers access to 1Gbps Free Wi-Fi at all four of NAIA’s terminals last week and we’ve got to say, it’s pretty sweet. There will be no time limit to your access until October 10 and then a time limit of one hour will be set. We’re guessing some sort of payment will be needed to continue beyond that.

We had the privilege of taking two NVIDIA 10 series GPUs from the ASUS ROG Strix line for a spin. The 1080 is a certified monster sure to make your eyes melt with the frame rate its capable of pushing and the 1060 OC that may take a dip in performance but is still within a healthy range for triple A titles at 1080p — certainly a logical upgrade that won’t break the bank too much.
