One of our gripes with the Apple iPhone is the lack of expandable storage. Yes, it’s true. In a time where you can actually stream your music through apps and back up data through the cloud, storage space on your mobile device is still quite important. SanDisk seeks to remedy the situation with their iXpand Memory Case. The iXpand Memory Case is, well, a case with extra storage wrapped around your iPhone and connected via its Lightning Port.

SanDisk’s solution isn’t Plug N’ Play though — we’re thinking this is mostly because, you know, Apple — and you will have to download an app to be able to access the extra memory that comes with the case. If you need a little extra juice to go along with your extra storage capacity, there’s also a 1,900mAh battery attachment that clips on to the iXpand Case.

SanDisk’s iXpand Memory Case is available in 32GB, 64GB and 128GB storage capacities at $60 (Php2814), $80 (Php 3752), and $130 (Php 6097) respectively. The battery add-on will cost a little extra at $40 (Php 1876).
