ASUS Launches Dual GTX 1080-equipped ROG GX800, Priced At Php 369,995

Remember the dual GPU GTX 980-equipped ROG GX700 notebook that had its own liquid cooling dock that Taiwanese company ASUS launched last year? Well, its successor has officially arrived and has been launched in the Philippines. Dubbed as the ROG GX800, it’s even crazier than the original, liquid-cooled gaming notebook, sporting kick-ass features that would make every hardcore gamer’s heart melt.

Aside from rocking two GTX 1080 GPUs inside, the GTX800 also sports Intel’s newest Core i7-7820HK processor, AKA Kabylake, 18.4-inch UHD display (3840×2160 resolution) with G-Sync, 64GB of DDR4 RAM, 3x 512GB SSDs, mechanical keyboard switches, Aura RGB lighting, ESS Sabre headphone DAC and amplifier as well as Thunderbolt 3 that can double as a USB Type-C port.

It also has a liquid cooling module for instant overclocking, and comes with its own hardcase for transport as well as a ROG Sica mouse with every purchase. The new model is also substantially more expensive than the previous liquid-cooled iteration, coming in at a whopping Php 369,995.
