Meet the beast

ASUS has officially launched their newest Republic of Gaming monster in the Philippines yesterday: the G752VT. The new notebook is armed with the best specs that the company can offer, including a sixth generation Intel Core i7-6700HQ processor, an NVIDIA GTX970m 3GB GPU, 16GB of RAM and 1TB HDD (plus a 128GB SSD for essential things like the OS).

The new notebook also uses a new, more efficient chassis design that is more than capable of drawing the heat away from the internals of the device, utilizing a dual fan design that also draws away dust in a different channel from the internal components. The notebook also has a multitude of ports for USBs (including one Type-C port) and whatnot. The notebook also features the world’s first backlit, anti-ghosting keyboard with a 3D-key rollover, with 2.5mm of travel – while it’s not a mechanical keyboard, it’s damn close.

As far as pricing goes, the G752VT will be priced at Php 99,995. A cheaper version, dubbed the G752VL, that has a NVIDIA GeForce GTX965m 2GB GPU, 8GB of RAM and just a 1TB HDD is also available for Php 79,995.
