BlackBerry’s latest phone arrives in PH
No, you haven’t been transported back to the past – the phone you see above is BlackBerry’s latest phone, dubbed the Classic, for obvious reasons. The new phone has all the elements of previous BlackBerry phones but has been updated for the times.

The Classic has the QWERTY keyboard that has been the staple of other BlackBerry smarthpones throughout the years, with a touchscreen display much like the Q10. Everything about the Classic plays to BlackBerry’s strengths, though that may alienate newer buyers and first time users.
The price isn’t doing the Classic any favors as too – priced at Php 20,990, it’s rather expensive, considering the hardware that’s inside it. We’ll be writing our hands-on of the Classic in a bit – stay tuned till then.
