Android Jelly Bean Touting Cherry Mobile Omega Announced!
Cherry Mobile just dropped the bomb that a lot of Pinoy techies have been waiting for! Yes folks, they finally announced the much anticipated Cherry Mobile Omega! This is a pretty exciting device since it already runs Android 4.1 Jelly Bean which means it has the Google Project Butter which makes the user experience more responsive and smoother. The phone also has a much better battery rated at 2,300mAh and a dual-core processor. Other than the initial specs, Cherry Mobile also revealed the price. The Cherry Mobile Omega will sell for just Php6,699! Boom. Pak. Wapow. Ang mura!

UPDATE
We just got a tip from one of our readers (Thanks Kim Bam Heo!) that the specs listed above is no longer updated. It looks like Cherry Mobile used a different unit for the Omega as opposed to the original one displayed on Lazada. Here’s the photo that Kim sent over which looks like the back of the Omega box:
