Meet the Cloudfone Excite 400d

After what seemed like an eternity, Cloudfone finally has a follow-up to their highly successful Cloudfone Thrill 430x. Dubbed as the Cloudfone Excite 400d, this super affordable smartphone boasts of having a dual-core processor and Android 4.1 Jelly Bean without breaking the bank. Priced very competitively at Php4,499, the Cloudfone Excite 400d will hopefully help in bringing more Filipinos from feature phones to smartphones.

Everything about the Cloudfone Excite 400d is… pardon the pun, exciting. However there is one glaring issue on the spec sheet – the 1,400mAh battery. I doubt if this device will be able to serve as a good everyday workhorse. Battery won’t probably last a full day with moderate-heavy use.
