Ever wondered what a high speed car crash looks like from the inside?

We’ve seen GoPros take footage of extreme sports, but this is probably the first time we’ve ever seen the versatile action cameras capture a horrific car crash from multiple perspectives. French Rally driver Guerlain Chicherit, attempting to set a new record in his highly modified Mini found out the hard way what happens when a record-setting attempt goes wrong. Horribly, horribly wrong.

Mounted in Chicherit’s car were several GoPro action cameras which recorded multiple angles of the crash, which saw his car tumble end over end after he miscalculated the jump. Thankfully, Chicherit walked away from the crash, though his Mini did not.
