Huawei’s unusually marketed Mate 9 Lite / Honor 6X / GR 2017 handset is getting a cheaper variant in the form of the Honor 6S, if leaksters are to be believed. According to Indonesian tech site Krispitech, the Honor 6S (or whatever moniker Huawei is planning to brand the device with) will be running the Snapdragon 435 budget processor under the hood.

There’s not much to be gathered from the report, aside from a few key specs mentioned. As always with new leaks, a grain of salt until we get further corroborating information.
