Meet the Pulse Mini!
Aside from the attractively priced Pulse, Cherry Mobile also announced its smaller and more affordable brother, the Pulse Mini. The Pulse Mini is a dual-core, 4-inch smartphone with a rather decent WVGA IPS display.

If we’re not mistaken, the Pulse Mini is one of the few really affordable phones out there that uses an IPS display rather than a TN panel, which has better viewing angles and none of that negative effect when viewing the display at an angle.
