OnePlus Partners with Lazada in Indonesia to Launch OnePlus One

One Plus

Does this mean that it’ll launch in other markets as well?

We’ve all drooled over the OnePlus One, that affordable superphone  with top tier internals made by new outift OnePlus at one time or another, but ultimately have been disappointed over its lack of availability on this side of the world. Finally, there’s a sliver of hope for pinoys to get the new phone – OnePlus has officially announced it has partnered with Lazada to bring their smartphone to Indonesia, a fellow SEA country.

Now this doesn’t mean that we’ll get the smartphone in the PH – for all we know this may just be a limited push from OnePlus – but then again, Lazada has also been the e-commerce site of choice of Xiaomi when they first entered the PH, a company that has a similar strategy to OnePlus (sans the terrible invite system). The question now is whether or not Lazada will be able to bring the OnePlus One over to the PH, especially now that Xiaomi has confirmed it will be offering the Mi Note internationally (and could arrive in the PH as early as Q2).
