We Unbox the PC Express Cobalt Mainstream!

A few days ago we attended the official launch of the PC Express Cobalt lineup that runs on Intel’s latest NUC (Next Unit of Computing) platform. Right after that event we got to take home a complete NUC system in the form of the PC Express Cobalt Mainstream, which is essentially a fully fleshed out NUC that has a Core i3 processor with 4GB of RAM and 500GB of storage, as well as an 18.5-inch monitor plus keyboard and mouse. Today we’ll be unboxing it via an unboxing video, and we’ll show you just how ridiculously easy it is to set-up. Check it out:

We’ll be using the PC Express Cobalt Mainstream as a secondary PC and we’ll be installing games and applications on it to see just how well it fares with real-world use. You can check out our initial impressions of the Cobalt during the announcement of the product, here.
