Probably the most premium smartphone Samsung has ever made
Alongside the Galaxy S6, Samsung also announced the more premium Galaxy S6 Edge. The S6 Edge gets its name from the slanted screen on both sides of the phone similar to the one on the Galaxy Note Edge. The S6 Edge is identical to the S6 in terms of design, as it uses the same metal body as the S6, and is also sandwiched in Gorilla Glass 4.

Aside from the edge display, the S6 Edge has pretty much the same specs as the S6 – octa-core Eynos 7420 processor, 3GB of RAM, 5.1-inch Super AMOLED QHD display, fingerprint and heart-rate monitor as well built-in wireless charging and CAT 6 LTE connectivity.
Like the S6, the S6 Edge will be offered in the PH and will be hitting our shores come mid April.
