A tablet to rule them all!

Samsung’s no stranger to big tablets – this is the company that made the 12-inch Note Pro 12.2 after all –– this is the company that made the 12-inch Note Pro 12.2 after all – but it seems that the Korean company is planning to release a tablet that’s bigger than anyone’s ever seen before. According to Sammobile, Samsung is developing the SM-T670, codenamed Tahoe, an Android 5.1 Lollipop tablet that has a gigactic 18.4-inch display. That’s as big as a typical monitor.

The gigantic tablet is said to come with a TFT LCD display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080, octa-core 1.6GHz Exynos 7580 processor, 2GB of RAM, 32GB internal storage and a 5,700mAh battery.

While the idea of such a big tablet is ludicrous at first glance, Samsung may be targeting markets like education and business that require a gigantic tablet for sharing or swapping ideas, or for presentations. Whatever the case, the upcoming tablet should be a smidge smaller than the one pictured above, made by 3M, though we doubt that it’ll be more portable.
