Samsung enters the Audio Dock Segment
Samsung is finally entering the audio dock category with a full line-up of docks that are compatible with both iOS and Android devices. There are 4 models in the roster but the one that really caught my attention was the DA-E650. This 2.1 channel speaker packs a total of 40W (10W x2 per side) and some sort of Power Bass feature which is supposed to help generate more thumpy and distinct bass. The Woofer is built-in as well which will definitely give a better lower range.
If you open up the docking tray there are two ports — one for iOS and one micro USB for Android devices. If you don’t want to dock your device you can stream the music via Bluetooth or connect it via the standard audio jack.

With the DA-E650 you get an elegantly designed premium wireless audio system that pumps out great sound quality. Damage? Php12,990. We saw a few units on display at the Samsung Appliances store in Robinson’s Magnolia. You might want to check it out and test it yourself and see if it’s worth your hard earned cash.
