Here’s another mid-range smartphone from Starmobile
Starmobile has released another mid-range smartphone today, the Roar. The Roar has a 4.5-inch IPS FWVGA display, 1.3GHz quad-core processor, 512MB of RAM and around 4GB of storage.

Aside from the raw specs, Starmobile is also saying that the Roar has several features that make it stand out from the crowd of ever expanding mid-range Android smartphones. Noise cancellation technology allows your caller to clearly hear what you’re saying, and Wave controls make it possible for you to control the phone without touching it. You can apparently unlock the phone by just using yur voice, and you can watch video while using other apps via the Pop Out Video function. Finally, the Roar makes selfies quick and easy as it uses a wide angle, fixed focus camera, so you don’t have to extend your arm too far out to get the perfect shot. Starmobile is pegging the price of the Roar at just Php 4,690, which is a reasonable amount for a phone like this.
