This Is Your Best Look At The Galaxy Note 8

Spoiler alert: it’s pretty fricking’ rad

Samsung has already set August 23 as D-Day for the official unveiling for the Galaxy Note 8, and while we’ve seen renders of the upcoming phone before from dbrand, the one released by case maker Ghostek via BGR is our best look yet at the upcoming phone.

The phone looks to still have the distinct 18.5:9 aspect ratio that the Galaxy S8 and S8+ enjoyed, though rumors suggest that the Note 8 will have an even better screen-to-body ratio than the 83% achieved by Samsung’s current flagships. The display will be 6.3-inches big, will have QHD resolution and use Samsung’s best-of-class Super AMOLED display.

The device is also rumored to have a dual 12-megapixel rear camera, a choice of either an Exynos 8895 or Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor, 6GB of RAM, updated S-Pen stylus and a 3,300mAh battery.

The phone looks to enjoy many of the same design cues as the Galaxy S8 and S8+, which isn’t surprising at this point. Samsung’s own CEO has earlier said that they’re looking to release the device to consumers by September.
