THL W11 Monkey King Wins “SELFIE PHONE OF THE YEAR” Award from Unbox

We unboxed the THL W11 Monkey King and shared with you guys our initial impressions on the build and the software. We were supposed to hold off another post until we do the full review but we couldn’t just keep the awesomeness of the front-facing camera of this smartphone to ourselves, lol. If you guys remember, the main feature of the Monkey King is that it sports dual 13-megapixel shooters. That’s a 13MP rear camera and a 13MP front camera. Curious how the front-facing camera performs? Well it turns out it beats the crap out of primary cameras of a lot of other smartphones.

Here’s a bunch of shots taken with the front camera of the THL W11 Monkey King. Note that most of these pictures were taken in environments with bad-moderate lighting. Despite the light (or absence of it) the camera was still able to get very good photos! We’re seriously impressed!
