Samsung Galaxy Note 4: Unbox.ph Best Phablet for 2014
Over the next three days we will be announcing the winners of the Unbox 2014 Gadget Awards! This is an annual thing that we do to give recognition and appreciation to the gadget brands and manufacturers that make our techie lives possible! To kick things off we’d like to announce our top pick for the Best Phablet (International) of 2014 — the venerable Samsung Galaxy Note 4!
Simply put, the Galaxy Note 4 is a supercomputer in your hand. It’s a technological beast with roaring engines that can pretty much power anything and everything that you’d want to do with a mobile device. Samsung also refined the two biggest criticisms about their product lines with this device: added S-Pen functionalities (they were useful) and a fantastic metal build. Add to that the growing Samsung hardware and software ecosystem and you have a winner.
Truth be told, we don’t know how Samsung can top this one for 2015. But hey… they invented the category so if there’s anyone that can bring phablets to the next level, it will probably be Samsung. Fingers crossed that the Note 5 will be a gamechanger!
