If you thought that the PH market isn’t crowded enough, there’s another smartphone player that’s about to setup shop here in the Philippines. Vivo Mobile, a company based in China wants to expand to the Philippines, at least that’s according to the listings in Job Street.

The listing show several positions, which include key positions on the back end of things. Vivo Mobile is already established in several other ASEAN countries which include India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar and Thailand. Vivo’s current lineup include the X5Pro, a smartphone that has a 5.2-inch, Super AMOLED display, Snapdragon 615 octa-core processor, 2GB of RAM and Hi-Fi audio built-in.

Vivo Xplay 3S was the first ever smartphone with a 2K (QHD) display resolution. Last year, they managed to take the crown for the thinnest smartphone ever by releasing the Vivo X5 Max.
