The very definition of halimaw!

We knew Xiaomi’s tablet, the Mi Pad, was a powerhouse because of the Tegra K1 processor that resides in its unapologetically plastic body, but we never knew just how fast it was. Well, now we know. An AnTuTu benchmark of the Mi Pad has surfaced, which shows a score of almost 40,000 (39,768 to be exact).

We’re pretty pumped for the Mi Pad especially since Hugo Barra, VP for Xiaomi Global said that it would be one of the devices that they would bring to the PH. Now he didn’t give an indication when exactly the Mi Pad will arrive here (it’s only just been released in China) but we’re sure a lot of you will wait for it. As far as pricing goes, the Mi Pad is priced in China at 1499 Yuan for the 16GB version and 1699 Yuan for the 64GB version. Since Xiaomi has already said that they’ll try to keep the price the same for the all the markets (including China), you’re looking at Php 10524 and Php 11928 respectively, when the price is converted to pesos. How about that for sulit?
