Is this Xiaomi’s next low-cost tablet?
It seems that Xiaomi is readying to release yet another affordable yet powerful tablet to compliment their still unreleased (at least in the PH) Mi Pad. Gizchina spotted the GFX Benchmark of a new Xiaomi tablet, and from the looks of things it may fall under the company’s lower end Redmi brand.
According to the specs on GFX Benchmark, the new tablet will sport a 9.2-inch HD display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 64-bit processor, although the RAM and storage is a bit disappointing, coming in at just 1GB and 8GB respectively.
If this is priced low enough, this may be a respectable mid-tier tablet. And since we’re talking about Xiaomi, we’re confident that the pricing for this tablet will be killer if it really does materialize in the next few months.
