Nintendo Switch Finally Priced in the PH

I think it’s safe to say that we’re excited for the Nintendo Switch and its March 3 release date can’t come any sooner! While the go-to store for all things gaming in the Philippines — Datablitz — has had Nintendo’s console on pre-order for quite awhile now, the pricing for the unit and its bundles were somewhat vague and pegged at somewhere around Php 22,000 to Php 25,000. But now, thanks to a photo shared online, we now know how much the Switch will set us back.

Photo Credited to Macoy Ramos

We found the said image through Randolph Novino of Pinoyscreencast who credits the photo to one, Macoy Ramos. It shows the Nintendo Switch Bundled with games, The Legend of Zelda: Breathe of the Wild and 1,2 Switch, listed at Php 26,499 for both the version in plain grey and the more colorful variant that includes the Neon Blue and Neon Red Joy-Con controllers.

The price given for the Nintendo Switch in the US was $299, or Php 15,000, pair that with the two games included with the bundle which has been set at $60 (Php 3010) for Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild plus the $50 (Php 2580) for 1,2 Switch and we’re really not far off considering taxes and other fees Datablitz and other resellers have to pay to bring the console into the country.

Are you going to make the switch? Let us know in the comments down below.
