The founders of Uber, Travis Kalanick and Garret Camp, had an idea to improve transportation. It was really simple: Tap a button, get a ride. Of course, we’ve seen the company grow tremendously and changed how people get around across the globe; giving us options between a simple sedan, posh rides, and — for a limited time in November — chopper rides as well. They’ve taken us on trips on land and occasionally ferried around its clientele via helicopters — the next logical step would be to offer boat rides.

Uber has recently started offering the residents of Dubai yacht rentals at $82 and includes rides to and from the pier. Once on the yacht, people can get their party on courtesy of the beats pumped out by DJs from Nikki Beach. Like their rides, this sounds rather lavish but we can’t help wonder if they’ll soon be offering rides around the bay soon too.
