The last time I followed American Idol was the season of David Cook and David Archuleta. I saw some episodes of the season where Kris Allen won but I totally skipped the following season. I wasn’t too excited as well with the new season (with the new judges Jennifer Lopez and Steve Tyler) but this clip got me interested in watching succeeding episodes. Apparently judges now have a “save” that they can use every season. They can reverse the vote of America and have a contestant stay despite getting the lowest amount of votes. In this video clip we’ll see Casey Abrams saved by the judges. His reaction is just priceless.

This guy is definitely talented and deserves the save. Watch the video below for one of his best performances.
