Acer Postpones 2020 APAC Predator League to Spring 2021

The safety and welfare of everyone is the top priority

As travel restrictions have yet eased down due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Acer announced that it is postponing the 2020 APAC Predator League once again, this time to Spring 2021. In a statement, Acer explained that the health and safety of the gaming community remain to be their priority and that they have been working closely with public health authorities and their advisories. With this change, Acer is renaming the tournament as Predator League 2020/2021, with a prize pool of $400,000 at stake.

As a token of appreciation to the whole Predator community, a complimentary drawstring bag with limited edition Predator League 2020 shirt and face mask will be given away for those who purchased VIP tickets, and a Predator shirt for regular ticket buyers. To date, Acer has sold almost 20,000 tickets for the eSports tournament, which is planned to be held at Mall of Asia Arena.
