Seems Like Those Jokes Were More than Half Meant

The US Elections are in full swing and in case you’ve been living under a rock, the two candidates running for the position of Commander-in-Chief are Hilary Clinton and Donald Trump. It’s been months and months of campaigning and a bit of name calling, mostly from Mr. Trump’s end, but that all ends today. The results are almost in and with Trump in the lead, it seems that some Americans are looking to escape north of their border into Canada.

There have been jokes about US Citizens wanting to migrate to Canada if Trump were to win and it seems they were more than half meant because the Canadian Immigration site has crashed and with reports that the economy is already taking a hit, we won’t be surprised if Canada does receive more applications from the United States.
