ACER Celebrates 15 Years In The Philippines By Honoring Its Partners

For the past 15 years since it has made its official presence in the country, ACER has merited several accolades in the Philippines: From bagging the country’s number 1 PC vendor for nine years straight to being the country’s number 1 laptop vendor for 12 years straight.

In addition, the Taiwanese computer company has experienced massive growth since it has laid foot in the Philippines in 2003. “The support of our friends has added to our passion and empowered our strong resolve to open up new possibilities for our consumers and business partners alike through a synthesis of our hardware, software, and services,” ACER Philippines Managing Director Manuel Wong said.

To celebrate these accolades, ACER gave recognition to its key business partners at its annual ePinnacle awards, held last February 7 at Okada Manila.

The awards night was attended by over 500 partners, with 46 of them bringing home awards for the following categories: Acer Provider Awards, Marketing Awards, Associate Partner Awards, Commercial Partner Awards, Consumer Partner Awards, Acer Distributor Awards, and Partner of the Year Awards.

Capping off the awards night was a performance from Ogie Alcasid and Regine Velasquez.
