New app allows Infinity subscribers to contact their own concierge, check roaming rates and more

Smart has launched the mobile app for their premium service Infinity, dubbed Smart Infinity Lifestyle earlier today. The new app, which comes in Android an iOS flavors, makes it easier for Infinity subscribers to access all the premium services that Smart has made available to them. Aside from providing them with up to the minute information about their account, the App also makes it easier for Infinity subscribers to contact and message their Infinity Management Officer (IMO) without having to go through their contact list. Smart’s IMO acts as a concierge of sorts – they can book flights, reserve seats to restaurants and answer any questions you may have about almost anything.

The app also gives Infinity users quick access to various roaming rates around the world, as well as access to Smart’s multimedia services like Spinnr for music and Clickplay for movies.

There are some caveats though – you will only be assigned an IMO that acts like your personal concierge if your Smart Infinity plan starts at Php 5,000 and above. Plans below that will have to settle with Smart’s dedicated Infinity Hotline that’s also accessible through the app. Any calls made to your IMO abroad will be charged the appropriate rates. The use of Smart’s add-on media service like Spinnr and Clickplay isn’t free, and will be charged to your account.

The Smart Infinity Lifestyle app is now available for download at the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store.
