Google Station arrives at San Juan City

As part of the City of San Juan’s efforts to make the city a “smart city”, the local government signed a partnership with Smart to power key locations with Google Station. On top of that, the LGU also signed a partnership with PLDT-backed software and IT solutions provider Multisys Technologies to develop the San Juan City app, mobile kiosk, and e-wallet services.

Google Stations are now available in San Juan City Hall, Cardinal Santos Medical Center, Virra Mall and Greenhills Shopping Center and will soon be available in Agora Market, San Juan Medical Center, Pinaglabanan Shrine, and Polytechnic University of the Philippines-San Juan campus.

To date, there are over 600 Google Station sites around the Philippines since Smart and Google Philippines announced the initiative in July 2019.
