More global technology companies are starting to move to help relief operations here in the Philippines after they’ve seen the aftermath of the super typhoon. Two of the biggest tech companies in the world, Apple and Facebook, are now encouraging their users to donate to the Red Cross for Yolanda relief operations. Facebook has a reminder type of ad that pops up on top of the feed while Apple put the call-to-action on iTunes. See screenshots below.
