PayMaya Postpones implementation of Bank Transfer Fees

Aside from GCash, PayMaya also announced that it is deferring the implementation of bank transfer fees made through InstaPay to November 1. This means that users who depend on PayMaya to do bank transfers have a month to enjoy waived charges.

While GCash is set to charge Php 15 per bank transfer, PayMaya’s fees are lower at Php 10. Aside from this change, transfers made from PayMaya to PayMaya remain free of charge.

Prior to this, PayMaya also announced that it is charging a 1% service fee for those adding money at OTC outlets exceeding Php 10,000/month.
