The Asus ROG Masters 2017 Philippine Qualifiers Happen This Month

Local Prize Pool of Php 200K

Do you think your eSports team is ready to take on the best our country has to offer at games like DotA 2 and Counter Strike: Global Offensive? It’s time for you guys to put up or shut up by registering in the Asus Republic of Gamers ROG Masters 2017 Philippine Qualifiers.

Starting this month, June 2017, eSports teams will battle it out to earn the right to represent their countries and move on the regional qualifiers for this world-class tournament. The winners from that leg will then square off with their counterparts from 4 different regions and will compete for a slot in the Grand Finals in November, where the prize pool amounts to $500,000. For us over here in the Philippines, the teams who will be moving on to the regional qualifiers will be splitting a local prize pool of Php 200,000.

If you have yet to register your teams, you have 16 days left for the CS: GO tournament and about a month and a half more to register for DOTA 2 (44 days to be exact). As of writing this post, 14 teams have registered to enter the CS: GO tourney, while 44 teams have already registered for the wildly popular MOBA.

Here are the relevant dates and times for the tournament to make sure your ace in the hole can actually participate in the games:
