What We Liked About the Quattro

Cloudfone released four smartphones equipped with an 18:9 display and we’ve taken a closer look at two of their devices, the Cloudfone Next Infinity and their quad camera-equipped Cloudfone Next Infinity Quattro. Today, we’re going to be taking a look at the top 5 features of the latter that may help you consider this pretty compelling offering from the local brand.

The Extra Screen Real Estate

The display trend of 2017 has found its way onto the four releases of the local brand. While it’s something that we’ve seen since the first quarter of last year, it’s nice to see Cloudfone implement the 18:9 aspect ratio for a bit more screen real estate. True, it may only be at HD+ resolution but it’s a pretty good panel at the price they’re asking for.

A Variety of Options with the Quad Camera

Quattro. The name of the device says it all. With the Cloudfone Next Infinity Quattro, you’re getting two cameras in front and two cameras on the back of the device to help you get the bokeh effect plus the front camera offers wide-angle selfies as well so you can capture more of your friends or show where you are.

Great Build Quality

It’s nice to see that Cloudfone didn’t skimp out on the build quality of the Infinity Quattro. You’re getting a metal build with only a bit of plastic on the top and bottom of the phone to help the antennas out. Yes, some may say that the back looks a little dated and there other ways to incorporate antenna bands but the Infinity Quattro doesn’t look bad at all.

Bonus points for the included jelly case to help keep it scratch-free as well.

The Processing Package is Great for Day-to-day Use

Under the hood of the Infinity Quattro is a Mediatek Helio P25 processor with 4GB and 64GB of storage that should be more than enough for day-to-day tasks and a bit of gaming as well. It’s not the fastest processor out there but for the price, we’re not complaining.

Great Battery Life

The benchmark results might not show it but the Cloudfone Next Infinity Quattro actually has great battery life. That’s all thanks to the 4010 mAh battery and the lower resolution of that Infinite Vision Display. It can last more than a day and a half, depending on your use.
