To supplement PGH’s COVID-19 Bayanihan Operations Center
To help its operations towards addressing the COVID-19, Philippine General Hospital launched dedicated hotline number 155200 for its COVID-19 Bayanihan Operations Center. The number will provide assistance to the public and manage the influx of patients, and will serve as a channel for donations.
The hotline number is a joint effort between UP-PGH’s in-house IT team and PLDT’s Enterprise Business Group and will operate 24/7. The hotline will be manned by UP PGH volunteers and can accommodate up to 20 simultaneous calls at a time.
“We look forward to working even more closely with you and providing innovative communication tools that will help you become even more effective in caring for our people in these very difficult times,” PLDT Chairman & CEO Manuel V. Pangilinan said.
