Social media marketing, frontend web development lead the list

As the market has made its shift towards the digital space as LinkedIn reported earlier this year, the professional network giant published its Future of skills 2019 report, and practically all rising skills involve adopting new technology and riding the digital transformation.

The top 3 skills leading the list for the Philippines are Social Media Marketing, Frontend Web Development, and Human-Centered design. All three skills are important for businesses to stay relevant and visible in the digital space.

“It is therefore important for organizations to have a deep understanding of their current talent pool, and how to evolve it for their long-term business goals. Helping current talent to upskill or reskill early can help organizations ensure that their future talent needs are met,” LinkedIn APAC VP for Talent and Learning Solutions Feon Ang said.
