Aerocool’s Project 7 Gaming Chair is Literally Lit

Because it’s enough that you have RGB case lights!

We love watching PC builds on YouTube, primarily because of gear envy, and we’ve been noticing (maybe you have as well) a particular trend as of late: RGB lighting. From RGD LED strips inside rigs to RAM sticks to accents on mousepads, RGB lighting has become the in thing to show of your cred as a PC enthusiast and gamer. We thought we’ve seen everything that could possibly be lit up in LED lighting, we thought wrong.

Aerocool just introduced their first ever Project 7 Gaming Chair, which also happens to be the first gaming chair with edge lighting. This means that Aerocool has placed cable lighting stitched along the chair’s main silhouette. From what we understand, the only color it lights up in is blue, to go along with Aerocool’s Project 7 color scheme, but we’re pretty sure an RGB variant is somewhere down the pipeline.

The chair itself is made out of moulded foam pads covered in leatherette to give off that premium vibe, and can support up to 150kgs.

Aerocool hasn’t given a price for the Project 7 Gaming Chair just yet, but they will be showing it off at Computex this year. We’ll try to make our way over there to give it a go.
