Alcatel has officially launched the OneTouch Pop S3 in the Philippines in an event earlier today. The OneTouch Pop S3 is aimed at providing LTE at an affordable price point, coming in at just Php 6,999.

There’s a catch though – despite the mid-range price, the OneTouch Pop S3 doesn’t bear mid-range specs, so you’ll have to prioritize what’s more important to you – nice hardware, or fast LTE.
