Alcatel to Launch Six Phones at MWC 2019

Another massive launch just like last year

Alcatel is set to unveil its 2019 portfolio of phones at MWC 2019, and it will unveil at least six phones during the convention. The most affordable of them is the Alcatel 1V, which is an Android Go phone that comes with the latest version of Android. Unlike most Android Go phones, this one comes with 16GB internal storage and a fingerprint scanner.

Next up is the Alcatel 1S, which the brand claims to be the most affordable phone with an octa-core processor. It comes with 3GB RAM, 32GB internal storage, and a decent 3060mAh battery.

Those who crave for big displays should check out the Alcatel 3C. It comes with a sizeable 6.7-inch HD+ display that is powered by a tablet-optimized MT8321 quad-core chip. Being an entertainment-centric device, the Alcatel 3C comes with dual speakers.

The Alcatel 3L may have a smaller (and notch-sporting) display compared to the Alcatel 3C, but makes up for it with a bigger battery, dual rear camera setup, and a Snapdragon 429 processor. What makes it strange, however, is that it comes with Android Oreo on board—though Alcatel promises an update for the Alcatel 3L soon.

The Alcatel 3V is a more powerful version of the Alcatel 3L with an octa-core processor paired with 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage. It also has better features with a bigger 4000mAh battery, dual rear camera setup, and a higher resolution front camera.

Rounding up Alcatel’s massive lineup for MWC 2019 is the Alcatel 3. Their “flagship” phone comes with a 5.94-inch display with a teardrop notch and a Snapdragon 450 processor paired with 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage. Like last year’s Alcatel 5, you only get a single 13-megapixel rear camera with the Alcatel 3.

We will know more about Alcatel’s 2019 portfolio come MWC 2019, so stay tuned.
