Three new models incoming
As you all know ASUS is launching their Zenfone 3 smartphone and its variants at the end of this month in Taiwan during Zenvolution in COMPUTEX. To help get the hype train going, the company has released a brand new teaser for the phone that highlights their eventual features: Desire, Clarity and Unlimited.
The teaser shows off a few components of the devices as well, which include the 2.5D glass, camera lens and the Zen-inspired design on the top of the phone. From the last shot showing the back of the three new devices to be unveiled later this month, it’s obvious that ASUS is still retaining the old rear-mounted volume rocker setup, though that could also be unusually large fingerprint scanners.
ASUS CEO Jerry Shen earlier told DigiTimes that they will be doing away with Intel’s processors with their new smartphones, and instead will be relying mostly on Qualcomm processors with a few MediaTek chips thrown in. Three phones are expected to be launched during Zenvolution – the Zenfone 3, the Zenfone 3 Deluxe and the Zenfone 3 Max.
