Here’s Your Official Look at the ASUS x Gundam Collaboration

Featuring the Zaku and RX78-2 Mechas

After it was teased several times over the past few months, the much-awaited ASUS x Gundam Collaboration is FINALLY coming to the Philippines, with the ROG line getting inspiration from the iconic RX-78-2 Mecha and the TUF Gaming line getting inspiration from the MS-06 Zaku II.

The Zaku II-inspired TUF gaming lineup consists of a custom GT301 II case, a B550M II motherboard that supports the latest Ryzen processors, a custom RT-AX86U WiFi 6 router, and an appropriately-themed VG27AQGL1A monitor. For components, there will be a Zaku II-themed GTX 1660 Super GPU and AIO cooler to complete your Zaku kit.

Following the Zaku II’s colors, all TUF Gaming Zaku II peripherals are decked in the same shade of red used in the iconic mecha. Colors aside, all peripherals are decked with decals inspired from the Zaku II, with the GT301 II case getting cool additions like Zaku II-branded carrying straps and a headset holder.

Moving over to the ROG Line, the RX-78-2-themed lineup will also include a custom Strix Scope TKL mechanical keyboard, Strix Impact II mouse, Delta gaming headset, and Sheath mousepad–all decked in the RX-78-2’s official colors.

Other peripherals include specially-themed RTX3080 and GTX 1660 Super GPUs, RT-AX82U WiFi 6 Router LC360 AIO cooler, 850G PSU with up for 850w of power, Strix XG279Q monitor, and a special Strix Helios case with an etched drawing of the RX-78-2 that is illuminated by customizable RGB lighting.

All of these Gundam-themed components and peripherals are meticulously-designed to resemble the iconic mechas we all love. In fact, they are well-thought-of that you can place them alongside your Gunpla collection if you aim for the ultimate Gundam-themed gaming rig.

ASUS x Gundam collaboration Launch Date: Philippines

All of these components under the ASUS x Gundam collaboration will be sold in very limited numbers in the Philippines, and their official pricing and availability will be revealed on February 25.
