An affordable flagship phone in the works?
While we know that the ZenFone 6 will launch this May, there is not that much news about ASUS’ upcoming phone. Recently, the ZenFone 6 (or 6Z) made an appearance at AnTuTu, confirming some key specs.
According to the spec sheet, the ZenFone 6 will have a Snapdragon 855 processor paired with 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. It will run Android Pie out of the box, and will have a 19.5:9 Full HD+ display. Based on the score, the ZenFone 6 is at par with other Snapdragon 855-powered phones like Xiaomi’s Mi 9.
ASUS has launched a mid-range and a flagship variant for its previous ZenFones, so there’s a possibility that the one that was spotted in AnTutu is the higher-end version of the ZenFone 6.
