Research In Motion recently announced the launch of new phones powered with their new BlackBerry 7 OS. One model that caught our attention was the BlackBerry Torch 9850/9860. This new phone is definitely inspired by the previous BlackBerry Storm which is fully touch screen. The Torch 9850/9860 has a 3.7 inch gorgeous screen. At the bottom are a few buttons including a trackpad. It’s powered by a 1.2GHz processor giving it much more muscle compared to the previous Storm and the BlackBerry Torch 9800.

We’re looking forward to seeing this hit the Philippines later this year! No pricing yet but it shouldn’t be far off the usual BlackBerry smartphone range (25,000-32,000).
