The EOS 1500D comes with a 24.1-megapixel sensor and a 3-inch LCD display, while the EOS 3000D has a newly-developed 18-megapixel sensor and a 2.7-inch LCD display. Both cameras have a DIGIC 4+ processor, Full HD video at 30FPS, 3FPS burst shooting, and up to a native ISO of 6400.
