Cherry Mobile finally spilled the beans on the suggested retail price of their new budget-handset, the Cherry Mobile Flare HD. It will be available sometime this month and it will sell for Php5,499. Granted it’s not below the usual below Php5,000 for Flare models, it’s still a pretty sweet deal considering what you’re getting. Allow us to refresh your memories.
The Cherry Mobile Flare HD has a 1.2GHz quad-core MediaTek processor paired with 1GB of RAM. It sports a gorgeous 4.3-inch HD IPS display (1280 x 720 pixels). It also has a 12.0-megapixel shooter and has a respectable 1,800mAh battery. The real selling point here is the HD IPS display because just like we mentioned in our review, it looks stunning!

Fortunately it makes up for that with really good performance as it is powered by the 1.3GHz quad-core processor of MediaTek that’s optimized for budget phones.
