Cherry Mobile teases a new smartphone with Note-ish leather back
Cherry Mobile has just put up a new teaser image in its Facebook page, and according to the photos, this smartphone looks premium. Like Note-premium. The new photo shows a smartphone that has a faux leather back much like Samsung’s Galaxy Note series of devices, as well as an LED flash on both the front and back cameras.

From the photo, it’s obvious that the phone Cherry Mobile is teasing is the upcoming Omega Icon. If the finish on the back of the Omega Icon is indeed faux leather, then it’d interesting to see the overall quality of the leather – Samsung’s implementation of this particular material is top-notch, and hopefully Cherry Mobile will be able to replicate it at a much lower price point.
