We weren’t expecting this at all and we take this as a very pleasant and nice surprise from Cherry Mobile. Two of their popular models, the Cherry Mobile Titan and the Cherry Mobile Titan TV, are going to get the Android Jelly Bean update starting April 15. That’s considerate of Cherry Mobile since we really weren’t expecting any of the local brands to push out software updates anymore and just bring in new models. This news will definitely brighten up the day of CM Titan and Titan TV owners.

There’s a small catch. Unlike international brands where updates are pushed over-the-air, Titan and Titan TV owners will have to go to a Cherry Mobile Service Center to get their devices updated.
