Quad-cores just getting cheaper and cheaper

If you’re in the market for an affordable quad-core smartphone but don’t want to go below 1GB of RAM, Cherry Mobile has something for you. The company has teamed up with Lazada to offer the Touch HD, a 5-inch, quad-core smartphone for just 2,999. We’re not sure why the Touch HD isn’t part of Cherry Mobile’s Cubix lineup as it seems to be an online only thing for now, which may mean that the company may offer it at a later date in their offline stores (if you’re lucky).

Anyway, the specs of the Touch HD hits all the right spots, and more importantly the phone has features and specs that you’d typically associate with more expensive phones in the market. At just Php 2,999 the Touch HD is a great phone for the price, considering it already has a HD display, quad-core processor and 1GB of RAM. You’d be hard-pressed to find that value anywhere else. The phone will go on sale tomorrow in Lazada.
