With OnePlus announcing the Nord and forgoing plans of launching an 8T Pro this year, the brand is set to launch a budget phone for the first time. Just two weeks after launching the OnePlus 8T, OnePlus is set to launch the Nord N100—the brand’s most affordable offering—today.
As we are waiting for the official launch, Ishan Agarwal revealed some key specs of the Nord N100. These include a Snapdragon 460 processor, 6.52-inch HD+ display, stereo speakers, 4GB RAM, 64GB internal storage, and a 5000mAh battery. For the cameras, it is said to get an 8-megapixel selfie snapper and a triple rear camera setup: 13-megapixel main camera and two 2-megapixel sensors.
If the specs sound familiar, that is because the Nord N100 might be a more premium version of the OPPO A53 that was spotted in a Lazada Indonesia listing last August. As for pricing, the Nord N100 is rumored to have a 199 Euro(~Php 11.5k) price tag. European pricing is always higher, so expect pricing in Asia to be lower.
