It is a redefined concept for “pay for print”
Most businesses depend on printers for their daily transactions. Their printing volume may vary on a monthly basis, making some of them hesitant to invest in an office printer to meet their demands. Epson wants businesses to worry less about printing management with their subscription service called EasyCare360.
Epson’s new program is an all-in-one solution that has features a “pay-per-click” model for each printer, which allows customers to pay only for the number of pages they print per month. The monthly subscription includes unit monitoring and taking care of the consumables, spare parts, repair, and maintenance services. It also comes with a dedicated technical service, with a guaranteed two-hour response time for on-site issues. The technical service can accommodate customers with their concerns every Mondays to Saturdays except on National Holidays, from 9AM to 4PM.
“With EasyCare360, we aim to showcase that we are capable of providing end-to-end service to our customers and ensure business continuity,” Epson Philippines marketing director Eduardo Bonoan said.
EasyCare360 is available within Metro Manila upon the purchase of the WorkForce Pro WF-C869R. Epson’s business inkjet printer can print up 84,000 pages before changing the ink packs and has a 24PPM (B&W/Color) print speed and 25PPM scan speed.
